Links S.r.l.’s philosophy is, whenever it is possible, to make in line installation in order to have the packing machines for finished products directly connected to the carding machines.
We can offer lines for the production of cotton band suitable for the production of zig-zag cotton wool in poly-bags and cotton rolls using our standard conveyor belt equipped with web folders realized with different number of tips according to the final cotton band to be produced.
Main Features
Standard web folding system suitable for flat cards 1 m. wide or 1,5 m. wide.
This system is normally indicated for zig-zag and cotton rolls production and in general for narrow cotton tape.
Standard web folding system suitable for flat cards 1 m. wide or 1,5 m. wide.
This system is normally indicated for big rolls, jumbo rolls and in general for pads production. This system is indicated for wide cotton tape production.
Standard line with cross-lapper for cards 1 m. wide and 1,5 m. wide.
These kinds of lines are normally indicated for pads production where it is very important to have a good MD and CD fibers combination.
The final material width of our cross-lapper can vary from 200 mm to 1500 mm. depending on the installation and by the production capacity of the line.
Our system can even produce semi-manufactured raw material in jumbo rolls suitable to feed the packing machine in a second stage.
As regards cotton pads production we developed a wide range of cross-lapper suitable to fold the web coming from an intermediate card in order to prepare a final cotton tape with very good fibres orientation in MD and CD.
